HELP! I Missed This Week’s Class?!!!

We all know that as a parent things happen- from as simply as your little one getting a crappy night’s sleep and needing a morning nap, to illness, to errands running late- it’s not always possible to make it to all of your daily appointments/classes/etc. At Monkey Rock Music we totally understand and want to make it as easy and effortless as possible for parents to make-up any missed classes.

  • Do I need to send you an email before the missed class? Nope. No need to add to your stress that day. If you miss a class your instructor will let us know at Monkey Rock Music head office that you’re absent.

So what do you need to do? it’s Really Easy: simply fill out THIS online form where you will indicate your preferred class date and time and click submit and you’ll receive an auto-confirmation email. Each class has two additional spots reserved for: demo classes, drop-in and make-up requests (make-ups take priority on a first come, first serve basis). We review the requests every night before the following class, so you will ONLY receive another email if the class is oversold and there are no more spots left.

*Please note that Hotmail users experience difficulty receiving emails directly from the Monkey Rock Music website (and WordPress in general). They also experience issues with MailChimp where our newsletter comes from. This is due to a policy Hotmail has called “silent discarding” where they reject all emails coming from companies that send mass emails of any kind*
