Be sure to fill this form out no later than 24 hours BEFORE the class you wish to attend. You may attend a free demo or drop-in lesson at a sold out class - there are two extra spots for this purpose.

You have indicated that you are bringing the sibling of a currently enrolled student for a drop-in lesson. Note that siblings get one free drop-in per session, after which the sibling drop-in fee is $14.16 + 13%HST = $16.

On this page please provide the name of the child that is currently enrolled, as well as the class they currently attend. On the next page you can indicate the class you would like to bring BOTH children to for the sibling drop-in.

Note that you must bring both children to the class appropriate for the OLDEST child. E.g., if you have a child enrolled in the 1-2 class and want to bring their 3 year-old brother, you must bring both to the 2-4 year class. Children beyond the 2-4 age range may not join under any circumstances - contact us for more information.
